Trina Parry B.HSc.(Hons.), B. Chiropractic, D.C. ART.

Trina Parry studied Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Prior to receiving her Doctor of Chiropractic, she studied at the University of Western Ontario, Canada, where she obtained her Bachelor of Health Sciences Honours. Trina is currently registered with the General Chiropractic Council and is a member of the British Chiropractic Association.

Trina loves participating in many activities including tennis, spinning, running and pilates. She sees a variety of patients from the weekend warrior to the serious athlete, from the young to the elderly.  She practices Diversified Technique and has also taken extra training in Sacro- Occipital Technique and is certified in Active Release Techniques.

Sacro Occipital Technique is a therapy that uses the relationship between the sacrum (base of the spine) and the occiput (base of the skull) as the key to proper body function.  It is a gentle technique to help correct and treat a range of conditions and is incorporated as part of a regular chiropractic treatment for acute pain, chronic problems, as well as preventative chiropractic care.  Trina has seen wonderful results using Sacro Occipital Technique, especially with her back pain patients who appreciate the gentle yet effective relief using Sacro Occipital Technique methods.

Active Release Techniques (ART) is a soft tissue technique that diagnoses and treats problems within the muscles, tendons, ligaments, and nerves.  As a certified Active Release Techniques practitioner Trina has seen the amazing results it can offer to the average person as well as athletes of all levels.  She sees patients with shoulder, knee, ankle pain, and many more experience the quick pain relief and restoration of normal function. Patients experience the relief of finally resolving their chronic pain or injuries that they never thought would go away.  Even patients with chronic back and neck pain are experiencing the relief of ART treatments as a part of their regular chiropractic care.  Patients have often commented that  “no one has ever been able to diagnose my problem properly before, and I’ve finally found a treatment that helps.” Active Release Techniques is so different from other soft tissue techniques, it has been granted a medical patent.

Come in and experience a treatment for yourself.  Whether you’re looking for a traditional chiropractic treatment, Sacro-Occipital Technique, or Active Release Techniques, experience the pain relief and preventative care that so many others have discovered.  If you have any muscle or nerve pain in your limbs such as shoulder, knee, or ankle pain you are probably an excellent candidate for ART treatments.  If you experience neck or back pain, ART, Sacro-occipital Technique incorporated with chiropractic may be the treatment you are missing to help resolve your condition.

Working as a chiropractor is an extremely satisfying job.  I help people get out of pain quickly and naturally without the use of drugs.  I’ve seen so many positive results from chiropractic, and I’m passionate about using my skills and knowledge to give patients the results they’re looking for.  I’m also here to educate patients about how to maintain a healthy spine and nervous system, and how simple it can be to prevent disease and recurrent injury.”
