SCENAR :: Self-Controlled Energo Neuro Adaptive RegulationThe technology for the SCENAR was developed by a team of Russian doctors and scientists in the late seventies early eighties specially for the Russian Space Programme and its cosmonauts . The team sought a method of treatment that was energy – efficient, portable, non-invasive and drug free.
